Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your electronic mail accounts and mailing lists. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new email box account in no time and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect email messages from one email mailbox to another, activate email filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your e-mail accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mail accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your email accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply choose the email mailbox you want to forward electronic mails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
